Students connecting school devices to their cell phone hot spots, and using Over the past month, we have started to have trouble with Bypassing School Wi-Fi and Using Cell Phone Hot Spot Industry-Specific IT.I've seen countless posts on this but none have legitimate resolutions, at least that apply to my situation. As i said, it started right after UPN change but no idea why. Removing profile and re-adding account to Outlook doesn't resolve. Our DNS is fine and autodiscover is working correctly. Clients being cached or not has no affect. It doesn't seem to be an access/permissions issue. It does not affect access to public calendars/folders whatsoever. Typing in a password immediately re-prompts. Hitting cancel stops it from prompting and only occurs 2-3 times a day. Our users are being prompted for a password for the Public Folder mailbox it started occurring after i changed all users UPN for Azure/O365 syncing purposes. Issue popped up on our Exchange 2013 on premise. ![]()
